This is my entry for the quarantine fitness challenge hosted by @belemo
I did four programs; Squats, Lunges (they were the death of me), Donkey kicks and wall calf raises.
I did feel good afterwards and hope I keep up with the exercises but then my legs ache as I type this. I'm told the pain will subside eventually when I make a routine out of the exercises
