First International Yoga Day was celebrated on 21st June 2015, with 192 countries in a single day, including 47 Muslim countries also on the occasion of World Yoga Day.
On this occasion, more than 35,000 peoples performed yoga together in Delhi, In which 84 Countries representative also present and this day India made two World record and registered its name in the "Guinness Book Of World Record".
The first record was the highest in a place, peoples made to do Yoga, then Second is to the Yoga of the Peoples of most countries together.
Lets see some importance of Yoga : In this time, Yoga is play very important role in each and every person. Yoga is very important to deals with growing diseases, just as medicine is necessary for a diabetic patient, yoga is also very Important.
