Good morning!
One of my friends told me that pineapple is a good fruit to eliminate extra uric acid to.our body. When we have extra uric acid, it causes pain to our joints and probably to our legs, foot, knee, shoulders, and hands. We are just thinking it is normal rheumatism or arthritis. Uric acid can also cause poor blood circulation to our body. So, when I knew this pineapple benefits, I always buy pure pineapple juice.

It was a lucky night that I went to the mall and saw pineapples. I was just so bad that I only bought I piece. There is no pineapple all the time.

After two days, I processed the pineapple with apple and orange. It tastes so delicious and look like a smoothie but it was just a plain juice with pulp. I didn't add sugar to enhance the real benefits of the fruit cocktail.

Just watch how I made it and I suggest to you all my friends to make it too.
