In this video, I’m going to talk about the amazing benefits of drinking hot/Luke warm water. Can we all imagine life without water? Sound scary isn’t it. Experts have suggested that drinking at least 7 to 8 glasses of water is ideal for our health. Via surveys and many researches, it has been found that people prefer cold water as opposed to drinking Luke warm water.
Drinking Luke warm water regularly and that too especially in the morning, can heal our bodies, promotes/aids digestion and eliminates metabolic waste that could have otherwise built up in our immune system.
Let us look exclusively some benefits of drinking warm water, and try start adapting ourselves to seek its benefits for our healthy body. Before I start I want to mention an important point and that is: After boiling water, be sure to let it the water cool for a few minutes and then only you should start consuming it.
