In this video, I talk more about Why Skipping Breakfast Is Bad. In our busy lifestyle, most of the people tend to skip their breakfast. My only advice to them will be - Never skip your breakfast. Skipping breakfast has many disadvantages tied to it - which we will get to know more about in the video.

Eating in the morning aids restore glycogen and also helps stabilize the levels of insulin. Therefore it becomes very imperative that we should never skip our breakfast as it's considered to be the most important meal of the day. At the same time, it is claimed that breakfast helps us lose weight and that skipping it can raise our risk of obesity. So never ever skip your breakfast. Will talk more about it my Vlog.
