Human body is meant to move. Don't sit for excessively long periods of time. Take a break once in a while and move your body. One minute break every 30 minutes.

Bored with easy? Try new things that might almost seem impossible to do. Enough practice makes you perfect, but before that happens, you have challenged yourself. Head for strong and be headstrong!
